Timing order placement ~

Please place all orders one week in advance, by Thursday, for pick up or shipment the following week.  If we do not receive this one week’s notice, we cannot guarantee that your order can be fulfilled in one shipment.  (Drop ship options are available for most products to expedite your order, but will involve an extra shipping and handling charge.) 

We do not stock all the products our practitioners may recommend, so we may need to special order them for you.  Also, for those products we do stock, it is challenging to always anticipate the needs of all our clinic and dispensary patients in a given week.  Ideally, products we stock are available to clinic patients for which it is newly prescribed, and those patients who consistently take certain products can order in advance.  Again, we will always do our best to get you the medicine you need in a timely manner.

TCM Granule Formulas, Tinctures & Bulk Herbs can be refilled within 24 hours during our regular hours.  However, if you need more than a double batch, we need one week’s advance notice.  (If we are able to fill your large granule order within 24-48 hours, we will do so for a $10 Rush Fee.)

*Orders received before noon will be available for pick by 3pm.
*Orders received after 1pm will be available for pick up by 11am the next day.
*There is a fee for tincture and white granule bottles, but we are happy to waive that fee if you return your bottle for refill.


Shipping ~

Please be sure to indicate on your order form whether you would like the order sent in one or two shipmentsIf you choose one shipment, we will send your order when it is complete.  If you choose two shipments, we will send what we have in stock as soon as possible, and send the remainder of the order, either when it arrives, or drop shipped directly from our supplier. 

We will choose the most affordable & expedient shipping carrier to deliver your order.  Please let us know if your address does not receive service via Ground or USPS. 

USPS Priority Mail does require a signature for insured packages, otherwise they will leave a notice for it to be picked up at the post office.  If this will cause an inconvenience, please let us know to ship it via our Ground carrier.

Please use the Dispensary Order Form as a guide to be sure that you include all the necessary information with your order, particularly specifying the number of bottles, size, company name, and whether you would like caps, powder, or liquid.  We are happy to help you determine the appropriate size for a one month’s supply for example, but for all future orders, please specify size, rather than time frame. 

Contact us if you need support in filling out the dispensary order form using your current protocol, for a designated amount of time, accompanied by an estimate.  It is our goal to empower you with the necessary information to be able to confidently submit your orders, after we provide the initial support to get you on track.

Bottle Charge ~ There is a fee for tincture bottles, but we are happy to waive that fee if you return your bottle for refill.

*Our staff is happy to answer basic product questions, however, please contact your practitioner, or the clinic staff to schedule a follow up appointment if you have questions or concerns related to your individual case.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns that have not been authorized by your practitioner.  If your practitioner chooses to authorize a return, there may be a re-stocking fee applied to the refund.  Custom formulas have been made specifically to meet an individual patient’s needs and health concerns, and cannot be returned.  Also, in order to guarantee that all our products are sold at their optimal potency, we cannot accept returns of unopened products that have been subject to unknown conditions outside of our clinic and dispensary.  Thank you for your understanding.



At Jade Mountain Medicine, we put a lot of time and energy into researching the best quality products available. We stock only products that meet rigorous standards and analysis to ensure potency and purity, as well as clinical effectiveness.  Our practitioners find this research essential to making confident recommendations.  We aim to keep our prices affordable and competitive, but we are a small dispensary that is focused on service and education.  While some of our products are also available from sources online, we can assure you that our products are stored properly and provided with our patient’s health and healing as our greatest priority.
