For over 17 years, I’ve helped people move beyond cycles of pain, stress, and chronic conditions that no one else could explain.
Before joining Jade Mountain Medicine in Ashland, I spent a decade in private practice in San Francisco, working with everyone from creative executives to military veterans on challenges ranging from migraines and back pain to anxiety, PTSD, and burnout.
My approach combines the diagnostic precision of Chinese medicine with the latest insights in nervous system science. By reading your pulse and tongue, listening to your history, and observing how your system responds, I design customized acupuncture treatments and herbal formulas to address the root of imbalance.
At the same time, I teach practical tools to calm the mind and retrain stress patterns, so healing continues long after you leave the clinic.
Most patients feel relief in their very first session. With a clear plan and steady support, acupuncture and herbal medicine reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and help reset the body and mind into a state where repair and clarity naturally occur.
A Bit Of My Story
I came to this work through my own health struggles—years of digestive issues, panic attacks, and mysterious symptoms that conventional medicine couldn’t explain.
Acupuncture and herbal medicine not only helped me heal, they revealed my calling.
In 2023, after decades of undiagnosed heart and liver disease, I underwent open-heart surgery. Six months later, I ran a half-marathon up Mt. Ashland—the Hill Climb. That experience deepened my mission: to help others decode the messages of their bodies and reclaim their full aliveness.
